My teaching journey over the last 10 years brought me to this wonderful school. My philosophy is that students should enjoy learning English in a relaxed and friendly environment — the challenge is to take the stress out of learning. As head teacher, my aim is to build on what has been achieved: quality teaching with enthusiasm, and confidence in every student’s ability to communicate in English.

Teaching is a great learning experience. We learn the differences between students, reflect on our own styles and methods, and keep finding more effective ways to help students sharpen their English.

To teach is to touch a life forever. It is lifelong service to others. I always make sure each day matters for my students, because they matter — that is what teaching means to me.

Paradise English is a perfect haven for both ESL teachers and learners. We don’t only sharpen language skills — we create experiences students carry with them through life. English is our common denominator, so we challenge ourselves to make every lesson useful, meaningful, fun and everything in between.

Teaching at Paradise English has always felt personal. We meet students from all over the world, each with their own story, and our paths often grow into genuine connections. We create lessons that feel meaningful for each learner and see teaching as a partnership — learning together, building confidence and growing along the way.

With over 10 years of teaching experience, I have had the privilege of inspiring students from many cultures at Paradise English. I have grown personally and professionally and formed lifelong friendships with some of my students. I look forward to many more successful years with this exceptional team.

Teaching is more than sharing information and building skills. It is a vocation that touches lives. A teacher must motivate and encourage students with a positive atmosphere where they can express themselves freely, while passing on values that prepare them for real-life challenges.

Teaching has been my passion since I was eight years old. Teaching English is something I never imagined for myself, and it has been incredibly rewarding. I have learned to adapt my methods and build meaningful connections with students from many cultures and languages. My goal goes beyond grammar and vocabulary: I want my students to feel confident sharing their thoughts, ideas and emotions — to find and use their voice.

Arianne is a dedicated educator who combines linguistic precision with critical thinking. Her teaching blends high academic standards with evidence-based methods, so students reach real communicative competence and can handle complex texts in professional and academic settings.

Teaching is a lifelong vocation of touching lives. I want my students to leave the classroom with better skills and the courage to express themselves freely and authentically — to see English not as a barrier but as a bridge to new opportunities. When we teach a language, we give students a stage to find their own voice.

Ayuri is in her second year in the Philippines and has developed a deep love for living here. She began her journey in Cebu, explored Boracay, and chose to settle on this vibrant island. She describes our school as a family and a second home, which makes her work truly enjoyable.

Grace studied at Hainan University of Foreign Studies and completed her English studies in Cebu. She loves working with students from different cultures and is proud to support learners from around the world. “I can’t wait to meet you on our amazing campus and beautiful island of Boracay!”
