PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER OF PARADISE ENGLISH BORACAY
I want to take this opportunity to welcome you to Paradise English and our Paradise English family! I have experienced teaching in many countries and feel spending time with students is a great privilege and honor. Many students have given me an in-depth insight and understanding not only of themselves but also their culture. It is with great pride to say we have had students from over 80 countries attend our Programs!
Regardless of your ability we will always encourage everyone to learn and try to help you make the most of your learning experience in paradise. Every teacher at Paradise English is dedicated to helping students succeed and truly believe they can help everyone learn English.
I believe there is a place for everyone at Paradise English – with the goal “to learn English and learn about yourself”.
I look forward to having you study with us and spending time with you. I also count on your help and feedback.
Stephinah Bauer
MANAGING DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER OF PARADISE ENGLISH BORACAY
Since founding Paradise English in 2005, I have watched a simple vision transform into a global reality. What began as a dream is now a vibrant crossroads where students from every corner of the globe unite to master the English language and celebrate their diverse cultures.
Our vision for PE has been realized, and as our school matures, so does our family. In today’s world, English is no longer just a hobby—it is an essential tool for career advancement, higher education, and global travel. On a personal level, my mission has always been to ensure our school remains a “learning haven”—a safe, inspiring, and effective space for growth.
I speak for our entire team when I say: we are here to walk beside you until you reach your goals. We only ask that you bring an open mind and a willing spirit. We guarantee a life-changing experience will follow. Welcome to Paradise English. Mabuhay!

My teaching journey over the last 10 years finally brought me to this Wonderful school ‘ Paradise English’. My natural philosophy is to have students enjoy their English learning experience whilst in a relaxed and friendly environment. The challenge is to take the stress out of learning. As head teacher here at Paradise English my aim is to continue and build on what has already been achieved over the last 10 years — quality teaching with enthusiasm, encouraging confidence in the students’ ability to communicate using the English language.
Teaching is a great learning experience. In teaching, we learn differences amongst students. It gives us the opportunity to reflect back on our styles and methods of teaching. Thus, allowing us to improve ourselves and create an effective and efficient way to assisting students in honing their English language abilities. Teaching is a great learning experience. Teaching Philosophy:
Teaching for me is a lifelong vocation of touching lives, ensuring that my students leave the classroom not only with better skills but with the courage to express themselves freely and authentically. My goal is to guide learners as they transform into confident communicators who no longer see English as a barrier, but as a bridge to new global opportunities. Beyond the books, I strive to create a vibrant, courageous space where cultural exchange is celebrated and every lesson serves as an inspiration to embrace the complexities of English language itself. I believe that when we teach a language, we aren’t just teaching words; we are giving students the stage to find their own voice, blending the discipline of linguistics with the passion of communication arts to help them thrive and shine as confident and empowered individuals at the end.
